Head of Development – 150K – Trading – Amsterdam In this role you will be leading a team of 20 engineers in a relatively immature environment. The team is building trading systems for different asset markets. ~ We are looking for someone who has been in a similar role in a software scale-up. Preferably we are looking for someone for with experience in the trading business, but candidates with experience in data heavy environments are also welcome. Experience in a similar leadership role with an engineering background Experience with professionalizing dynamic tech environments Experience with trading- of data heavy software applications
