The Rivierduinen department in Alphen Noord is seeking an arts assistant with GGZ experience who is confident and capable of working in a team that is actively seeking support. As an arts assistant, you will work under the supervision of a psychiatrist, diagnosing and treating a diverse group of clients with various issues. Your focus will be on pharmacotherapeutic treatment of psychiatric conditions, while also managing somatic complaints. You will develop your own caseload and serve as a co-ordinating therapist, playing a key role in patient care.

Team Environment
You will join a team that treats a broad spectrum of psychiatric issues, including depression, anxiety, somatoform disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, and autism, often in combination. The team comprises psychiatrists, mental health nurses, psychologists, nurse specialists, medical assistants, and therapists. The team emphasizes a safe, supportive, and educational environment, working closely with clients to promote recovery and self-management. There is a dedicated unit for young adults aged 18-25, providing age-appropriate care.
Candidate Requirements

- Experience and affinity with psychiatry and adult patients.
