Your Mission As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will: Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaigns Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency Why This Role Is Special Youll specialize in the Dutch market, combining: Deep cultural understanding of Danish/Nordic business practices Strategic thinking to identify high-growth companies Advanced problem-solving and stakeholder management Confidence discussing ROI, integrations, and data privacy (GDPR) What Were Looking For C2 Dutch & C1 English 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles Comfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagement Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems Interest in AI-powered workflows (experience is a plus) Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus — experience counts too.
