At Breeze, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager who will be our point of contact with our partner date locations.

About Breeze

Breeze is the dating app designed for dates: we’ve built the world’s first service that organizes actual offline dates at scale. On conventional dating apps, it takes 38 hours to go on 1 date. At Breeze, we skip the online mating dance: once you have a match on Breeze, you fill in a date picker and go on a date at one of our partnered bars.

The product is working well: we’ve organized over 385,000 dates, and we have the highest app rating compared to other apps with 4.5/5. With over 1.3 million downloads, we are the fastest-growing dating app in the Netherlands and are active in Belgium, Germany, England, France, and the United States.

About the job

The right date location matters a lot to our daters. Currently, we organize 900 dates per day and work with 900 partner locations. We’re looking for someone who can be the point of contact for these locations and develop a scalable account management structure. You will play a key role in ensuring partner success, which enhances the overall dating experience for our users. As a trusted contact, you’ll gain insights into partner challenges and share these within Breeze to drive improvements. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Manage partner inquiries and communicate feedback.
  2. Facilitate onboarding to equip partners with necessary information.
  3. Automate repetitive questions and reminders via FAQs and email workflows.

About you

  • You can speak English, French, and/or Dutch, managing accounts in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and the UK.
  • You are tech-savvy, able to automate workflows and comfortable with digital tools.
  • You are a great communicator, empathetic and able to maintain business relations.
  • You are a strategic thinker, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing impactful actions.
  • You are well-organized, maintaining clear processes and accurate CRM data.
  • You are available part-time or full-time, at least 32 hours per week.

What we offer

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary between €2,700 and €4,000, depending on experience. Transition to a permanent contract after 1-2 contracts. Opportunity for share options after six months. 25 paid vacation days plus an 8% holiday allowance.

Flexible hours, partial remote work, and coverage of travel costs. We provide necessary tools, including high-end laptops and ergonomic workspaces. Our office is located near Rotterdam Central.
